EVENTS + WORKSHOPS
We are whole food, whole person kinda place so we want to look after all of those parts with our regular community Yoga classes, Cooking workshops and events.
Learn and be inspired by Manic guest chefs, Naturopaths, Ayurvedic practioners and nutritionists who have dedicated themselves to cooking with the view that food is medicine.
We also host events with Our wild rumpus to showcase our local talent from soap making to crochet check out what’s on !
Beginners yoga course

Join Amy Layton at Manic Organic for this 6 week beginners course
If your brand new to yoga or new to a vinyasa yoga practice then this is course for you. People of all ages, shapes and sizes and fitness backgrounds will be in the class. We specialise in teaching Yoga that is gentle and accessible.
During the course you will learn about the yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation. At the end of the class you will recieve a mini massage leaving you feeling blissful and at ease

Join us for fun afternoon swapping clothes and accessories. There will be styling tips and 5-minute makeovers and a delicious afternoon tea!
Bring up to 5 items of your pre-loved clothes and accessories, washed and ready to hang! We ask you to bring quality over quantity.
Your hosts include Rachel Nokes Manic owner, Lana Clemenson Yoga teacher and passionate recycler, Amanda Fisher conscious fashion designer.
